Not only are they gorgeous… they are fun, witty, charming and just plain adorable. Ana & Allan had a beautiful outdoor wedding ceremony at the Magnolia lawn followed by a reception at Magnolia Hall at Piedmont Park. It was the most perfect day and we were so blessed to have been a part of it.

These are Kristen and Beau whose wedding we will photograph this March! 
It was truly a fun event and we had a great time working with Ana and Allan. I guess I did like them since we have been working with Allan to find some property for my brother when he moves to Atlanta in a few weeks. Allan is a real estate agent, and you should really talk to him if you need help in that arena. My neighbor sold her house with him and gave him rave reviews!

We met Brittany and Dustin in 2010 when they were both attendants at Brittany & Tom’s Wedding (featured in our old blog). I knew Dustin was going to propose within just a few days and not long after that they contacted us.
It is always wonderful to get referred. it means that our clients are happy with our work, they they not only liked the final product but enjoyed the overall experience, and that is extremely important for us.
We loved Brittany & Dustin and were super excited to work with them. They tied the know at a candlelit ceremony in Roswell in mid October. It was a gorgeous affair. I had talked to Brittany about her vision for the day and it was so wonderful to capture that vision in images.
Brittany looked absolutely gorgeous, and Dustin could not hide his big smile! Take a look…

A gorgeous bride, a glowing groom, loving family, wonderful friends, a beautiful day, an emotional ceremony and a super fun reception party. That is what this wedding was. With all the ingredients for a perfect day, Sheila and Brandon tied the knot last September at Country Club of The South.
Sheila looked stunning and her smile was contagious!

My last post of 2011 was from a gorgeous wedding, so I decided my first post of 2012 would be this cute little girl. I met Lily and her family a few months ago when we did a portrait session at their home. It was a gorgeous day and I loved to work with them an capture a small slice of their life.
I did say she was cute, didn’t I? 
Lily loved hugging her cat, but the poor cat was not that am used and run out as soon as he could!
Sometimes when miss Andrea come to play, kids get to do things they are not allowed otherwise… and it is Oh So Fun!

To end the year I am posting this absolutely fabulous wedding from 9.10.11
Leah and Stephen got married at an uber cool event designed and coordinated by the talented Michelle Gainey from Lemiga Events. If you have ever been to the Peachtree Club’s gorgeous terrace you will immediately recognize what a fantastic job Michelle did at transforming the place.
The bride got ready at the Loews Hotel just a block away.
Leah was absolutely stunning and when she smiled she glowed! 
I love this tender moment with her brother, niece and nephew…
The groom was on quite a hectic schedule, but he managed to look chill and very handsome himself…
The adorable niece and nephew of the groom responding to my “show me how much you love each other”. Got to love the look on the little boy’s eyes!
The gorgeous programs where sitting on the phantom chairs in the reserved spots and also passed out to the guests gathered throughout the terrace. 
Instead a the flower petals being tossed by a flower girl, the groom prepared the path for his bride… to the ooohs and aaahs from the guests.
Can you say proud and happy groom please?
After the ceremony, the space was turned around for the reception.

So here I am again, continuing my post frenzy… catching up with my poor neglected blog! And what a treat to show you this handsome little man. I photographed Jackson back in September and I have to say it was love at first sight. Not only he is adorable, but his parents and grandma were absolutely a pleasure to work with and I immediately felt a great connection with them and a total ease.
Words will never do this boy justice, so let the images speak for themselves.
The photo below is not a glamorous one but I just had to post it. Little Jackson decided he needed to go… and go he did right when dad was holding him for his photos. It was a mad rush to get towels and clean up, but the funniest part was how happy mom was that she did not get "picked for the treat"!
But I would say it was worth it…
This last one is the one from his birth announcements. A special blanket that really bring out the color of his eyes!
Thank you Mallory, Greg and Melanie! It was truly wonderful to work with you all and I very much look forward to the next of his first year milestones!
So here we are, very (I mean, VERY) early on Saturday morning, getting ready for the big day.
Everyone was at the church getting ready… I was hanging out with the girls and Rich with the guys. And it seems that the action was quite similar…
Emily was radiant!

After communion, they had their parents, siblings and wedding party forma "Circle of Friends" around them to bless their union. It was such a meaningful and emotional moment.
And after the ceremony, off we went with the newlyweds and their wedding party for some photos on our way to the reception.
A thumbprint tree was their guest book…
The menu board, simple fresh and summery centerpieces, a donut cake (created by the bride’s father) and the omelet station. Just a few of the day’s details…
It was a gorgeous day and people enjoyed the lovely outdoor seating area…
Instead of bubbles or petals, they tossed lavender before they departed in the decorated golf cart.
After their exit we went to the beach for a few last photos…
It was a truly wonderful weekend and both, Rich and I feel blessed to have been a part of it. Thank you so much for allowing us to share this wonderful time with you!
Emily and Andrew got married late this summer at the gorgeous Amelia Island. Emily is originally from there so this was a meaningful place for her. They are a very laid back couple and they wanted an event that truly represented who they are and what they like, so they decided to have their wedding at Emily’s family church and a simple brunch reception at the gorgeous Walker’s Landing by the marsh.
We arrived on Thursday afternoon…
And the weekend festivities begun early on Friday with a Bridesmaid’s Luncheon at the home of a family friend.
Later that day, the Rehearsal Dinner took place at the Amelia Golf Club. it was such an intimate and emotional affair. I just loved it!
I just loved it when emotions run free and you can truly sense the feelings in the room.
